We enrolled 106 incident patients—32 patients with IgM neuropathy, 42 treatment‐naive patients with chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy, and 32 patients with axonal neuropathies. 42 is a billable/specific ICD-10-CM code that can be used to indicate a diagnosis for reimbursement purposes. Polyneuropathy means multiple nerve damage is causing peripheral. This is the American ICD-10-CM version of G61.
